Welcome to Franklin Elementary School’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) website. The Franklin PTO consists of parents and teachers who pool their talents to provide support for our students, staff, and Franklin School community.
The mission of the PTO is to enrich our students’ academic and social experiences by organizing and hosting programs and events such as: Cultural Arts Assemblies, Family Fun Night, Author Day, the Habitat Garden, Recess Runners, Two Lunch Tuesdays (collecting lunches to deliver to St. Joseph’s), First Grade Ice Cream Social, the Fifth Grade Musical, and Fifth Grade Celebrations. The PTO also sponsors yearly subscriptions to academic materials such as RazKids and Time for Kids and publishes the Franklin Flyer--the weekly Franklin community newsletter.
The PTO also traditionally holds fundraising activities and events including: Outdoor Movie Night, the Franklin Pumpkin Fair, and the Franklin Bash.
We are working hard to add information that will help our parents stay connected with our PTO and school community, so please check back often for updates, the calendar of events/programs, volunteer opportunities, and fundraising activities.
