Project Playground Details and FAQ
In partnership with Dr. Duncan, Principal of the Franklin School, our PTO is excited to expand Project Playground to Franklin School
Project Playground will focus in 3 areas: Accessibility, Beautification and Upgrades.
Together, we can create a more inclusive play space where children all over the Westfield community can enjoy playing together! A donation in any amount greatly helps us reach our goal to purchase pieces of equipment and install them.
Our timeline? We anticipate ordering the equipment in the Spring/Summer so that the playground construction will be completed during the 2024/2025 school year.
Who can donate? Anyone who is interested in a more inclusive playground in Westfield can donate to this initiative! Please share this website or any of our materials with your friends, family, and local businesses. We appreciate any and all support!
Donorship Options:
Platinum Donor: $10,000.00
Gold Donor: $5,000.00
Silver Donor: $2,500.00
Bronze Donor: $1,000.00
Table: $3,000 (only 3 available)
Bench: $1,700 (only 4 available)
Engraved Brick: $300/$150
For all donations, you will receive an email with a confirmation of your donation. For donations of $50 or more, your name will be added to our fence, if you would like, to commemorate your donation.
As a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze Donor, your name will be added to a special plaque (on a stone or other surface, to be determined) at the playground to commemorate your donation.
As a donor of a piece of playground equipment, your name will be added to a plaque near the piece of equipment to commemorate your donation.
As a donor of a bench or table, your name will be added to a plaque near the piece of equipment to commemorate your donation.
The Franklin PTO is a 501(c)(3) corporation, and we will provide a letter with your donation amount via email
Donations Can Be Made in Two Ways

As a donor of $50 or more, we will add your name to our playground fence during construction to commemorate your donation (if you would like). You can let us know how you wish to be recognized when you submit your donation in membership toolkit.
